About the Role
We are looking for an experienced P&O Business Partner Manager to join the site leadership team in Malaysia. This role will support business leaders with a full range of HR practices and deliver effective people manager support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assure good and legally compliant HR practices and robust governance
- →Develop the site and its people together with site leadership
- →Advise international executive leadership
- →Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- →Manage and resolve employee relations issues
- →Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management
- →Provide performance management guidance to line management
- →Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- →Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- →Onboard new employees and manage employee status changes
- →Assist in coordination of international employees with expatriate assignments
- →Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
- →Identify training needs and participate in evaluation of training programs
Requirements
- ✓Strong business understanding and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- ✓Ability to build consensus and positive collaborative approaches among stakeholders
- ✓Experience in engineering, operations, or supply chain sectors
- ✓Knowledge of regional and global HR practices
- ✓Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance coaching, and talent development
