Requirements

✓Background in solution architecture and building digital services
✓Experience designing and delivering AI-powered solutions at scale
✓Ability to move from experimentation to production
✓Strong understanding of responsible AI principles including bias mitigation, transparency, and human oversight
✓Experience with integration patterns for AI services
✓Knowledge of building reliable pipelines
✓Understanding of non-functional requirements around performance, security, and compliance
✓Ability to connect AI architectural decisions to broader service and business contexts
