About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will be the central figure in agile delivery teams, translating user needs and business objectives into functional products. You will own the product backlog, shape priorities, and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure each sprint delivers real value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews and retrospectives
- →Ensure the next sprint is ready to commence and inspect product progress at the end of every sprint
- →Work with Product Management to evolve the Product Backlog through the full cycle
- →Connect with stakeholders across multiple locations to create and form product features
- →Translate Product Road Map into manageable Product Backlog for Scrum teams
- →Liaise with Software Architects to understand features and changes in product requirements
- →Work with Scrum Master and Development Team to establish velocity, ensure quality, and motivate the team
- →Connect with internal clients in the definition and creation of Product features
- →Distill inputs from users and stakeholders to create a complete picture of market problems
- →Challenge stakeholders to ensure coherent, complete, and credible understanding
- →Define software capabilities to meet requirements and support UAT during testing phases
- →Communicate clearly to Development Teams and Stakeholders at all stages of development
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- ✓Strong experience with product backlog management and sprint planning
- ✓Ability to connect with stakeholders across multiple locations
- ✓Knowledge of software architecture and release planning
- ✓Experience with UAT and ensuring solutions are ready for release
- ✓Excellent communication skills for interacting with Development Teams and Stakeholders
- ✓Ability to challenge stakeholders and ensure coherent understanding
- ✓Expertise in defining software capabilities to meet requirements
- ✓Experience in supporting testing phases and ensuring quality
