About the Role
Vestiaire Collective is seeking a Consignment Copywriter Associate to optimize the flow of our RaaS and VIP consignments, accelerating time-to-market while maintaining the highest quality standards. The copywriter is responsible for the quality control and description of each product that is deposited through our consignment service.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform quality control checks on all items and identify the Vestiaire product condition
- →Write item descriptions in accordance with the appropriate VC & textile wording including details such as composition, defects, measurements
- →Review customer feedback and update all necessary information to tracker
- →Manage the cohesion between the different flows and ensure that the products are put online
- →Return of items to sellers
