About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Executive Talent Acquisition – Europe to lead senior executive hiring across the Europe region. This position holds end-to-end responsibility for the Executive TA function in Europe, partnering with business leaders and Global TA stakeholders to attract transformative executive talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and lead Executive Talent Acquisition strategy and delivery for Europe
- →Act as a strategic adviser to senior executives, providing market intelligence and guidance
- →Build partnerships with People Team partners and leadership teams
- →Contribute to the Global Executive Talent Acquisition strategy
- →Lead, mentor and develop a team of executive recruiters
- →Manage a complex portfolio of senior-level executive searches
- →Leverage advanced data analytics and reporting to assess performance
- →Champion Visa’s employer brand in the European executive talent market
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in executive talent acquisition at a director level
- ✓Strong understanding of European talent markets and executive compensation trends
- ✓Experience with talent acquisition tools including ATS, Excel, and Talent Insights
- ✓Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
- ✓Strategic thinking and partnership-building skills
- ✓Ability to adapt global frameworks to regional market needs
- ✓Experience with AI and automation in talent acquisition processes
- ✓Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
