About the Role
The Implementation Services team at Visa is responsible for technical program management and implementations, focusing on services provided to clients across the Asia Pacific region. This position serves as a Visa Project Manager for implementation services, enabling products and solutions, supporting processing modifications, and managing tactical initiatives for Visa clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and execute high-quality project management support to Visa clients and processors
- →Coordinate directly with clients to analyze and understand card program setup/endpoint requirements
- →Confidently manage client projects in parallel to product developments
- →Build and enhance positive working relationships with key Visa client institutions
- →Communicate complex technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner
- →Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, risk/mitigation plans, status reports, and issues logs
- →Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations
- →Contribute to a high-performing, supportive, and inclusive team culture
- →Coordinate internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments
Requirements
