About the Role
Voleon is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their Corporate IT Services team. This role will play a critical part in managing and improving the company's enterprise IT infrastructure, focusing on platform operations, endpoint management, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage SaaS platforms including Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Slack, and Zoom
- →Provide technical support and serve as an escalation resource for the End User Support team
- →Oversee the employee technology lifecycle including provisioning, hardware inventory, and offboarding
- →Maintain IT infrastructure including backup systems, server operations, and network services
- →Administer endpoint management platforms like Jamf Pro and Intune
- →Build automation and tooling using scripting languages to streamline operations
- →Create operational documentation and partner with Engineering on infrastructure projects
Requirements
- ✓Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
- ✓Experience managing large engineering teams (25+ engineers)
- ✓10+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of people management experience
- ✓Experience leading and developing managers and individual contributors
- ✓Proven ability to hire and manage exceptional engineers and technical managers
- ✓Experience operating critical production systems with high-uptime requirements
- ✓Experience deploying ML models to production
- ✓Knowledge of best practices for robust, high-availability design
- ✓Ability to understand key details of technically complex systems
