About the Role
We are seeking a talented 3D Generalist Artist to join our team at Voodoo, a leading mobile game publisher. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in 3D art creation and will be responsible for creating and implementing 3D assets for our top legacy titles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create high-quality optimized 3D models, textures, and materials
- →Rigging and animation
- →Define and establish art production pipelines
- →Collaborate closely with the Art Director and other teams
- →Stay involved in hands-on asset creation, providing leadership and direction
- →Work effectively with other departments to make strategic decisions
- →Oversee the implementation of 3D assets into Unity and apply optimization techniques
- →Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into the art direction
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 4 years of experience as a 3D artist or any other relevant experience in the gaming industry
- ✓Ability to work in a team with good leadership skills and delegate work accordingly
- ✓Ability to iterate and prototype quickly
- ✓Excellent communication skills with team members of different departments
- ✓Commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- ✓Aligning the 3D art team's goals with the studio vision
- ✓Passion for casual games and extensive knowledge of different game genres across all platforms
- ✓Knowledge of the technical constraints relating to Unity engine and level editors
- ✓Proactive attitude and strong work ethic to inspire others
- ✓Excellent written and spoken English
