About the Role
Waymo is seeking a Real Estate Strategy Analyst to support strategic real estate decision-making across a dynamic client portfolio. This role combines data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business case development to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of portfolio data, ensuring high integrity in supply/demand metrics, KPIs, and market health reporting.
- →Formalize demand forecasts into detailed real estate requirement documents for expansion, consolidation, and sequencing.
- →Build and maintain supply/demand models to generate data-driven forecasts for long-term strategic planning.
- →Produce standardized reports and strategic briefings that translate complex analytics into actionable insights for leadership.
- →Define and document technical requirements for the analytics team to ensure dashboards align with business strategy.
- →Execute data-heavy ad-hoc analysis to support business case development and multi-market occupier engagements.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- ✓4 years of experience in data analysis, corporate real estate, or business intelligence.
- ✓Proven ability to create clear, concise documentation and process workflows.
- ✓Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets without compromising accuracy.
- ✓Ability to pivot between deep-dive data tasks and collaborative project coordination in a fast-paced environment.
