About the Role
We are looking for a Quant Research Pipeline Manager to join our Campus Recruiting team at Hudson River Trading in New York. This role focuses on Talent Evaluation and collaboration with Campus Recruiters to bring exceptional technical talent to support the firm’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage candidates through the interview process for Quant Research intern and full-time positions
- →Partner with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure a streamlined interview process
- →Collaborate with stakeholders on updates to evaluation processes
- →Manage all aspects of the offer process, from approval to negotiation
- →Build relationships with interns and support programmatic elements
- →Collaborate with hiring managers on defining candidate profiles and interview processes
- →Utilize in-house tools to monitor and improve pipeline metrics
- →Drive process improvements in interview process, offer process, and candidate experience
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, with exposure to quantitative research hiring
- ✓Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines for highly selective, technical, or academic talent
- ✓Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, plus experience with analytics/reporting tools
- ✓Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Analytical thinker with a process-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
