About the Role
We are looking for an International Recruiter to join our Operations teams at Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe. This role involves leading hiring for critical high-volume roles across Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, and Fraud teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead hiring for critical high-volume roles, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
- →Source strong talent through creative channels beyond LinkedIn
- →Act as a full-cycle recruiter from sourcing to closing
- →Manage pipelines for 10-15 open roles simultaneously
- →Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics
- →Iterate on candidate feedback to improve the recruiting process
- →Mentor peers and share best practices to build a culture of continuous improvement
- →Build scalable processes for recruiting workflows
- →Emphasize diversity and inclusive hiring practices
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience supporting hiring for Operations teams in high-growth startups or fast-paced companies
- ✓Ability to hire at high volumes, balancing quantity and quality
- ✓Experience as a full-stack recruiter managing the entire candidate process
- ✓Strong sourcing skills and ability to build relationships with passive talent
- ✓Comfortable with ownership and managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Ability to provide an incredible candidate experience
- ✓Extremely organized with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities
- ✓Data-focused with the ability to measure pipeline health and set hiring manager expectations
- ✓Champion for diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices
