About the Role
WHOOP is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to ensure the efficient execution of mission-critical projects within the Data Platform & MLOps Organization. This role requires a high performer who can align resources and stakeholders across complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain a coherent program strategy to align resources across the Data Platform and MLOps organization
- →Maintain a source of truth on the status, risks, blockers, and staffing for all team initiatives
- →Anticipate complexity and break it down to simplify and de-risk projects
- →Work independently to solve problems, escalating to management as needed
- →Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for more streamlined processes
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field
- ✓Skilled and versatile problem solver capable of operating in ambiguity
- ✓Excellent communicator, both in writing and speaking
- ✓Strong program management and Excel skills with a knack for organizing information
- ✓Experience leading with and practicing psychological safety
- ✓Ability to rally stakeholders and partner with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
