About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Business Operations - Global Product to join our leadership team in London. This is a crucial leadership role to scale our established business operations function, acting as the operational backbone that ensures the flawless execution of our product strategy for customers globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a significant part of the operations organization, mentoring and coaching leads to overcome prioritization challenges and speed up project delivery.
- →Own the resolution of blockers across multiple operational and product areas, building and scaling robust operating frameworks for two or more teams.
- →Oversee and contribute to the successful prioritization across multiple operational or product teams, defining a 12-month plan and objectives for a large area.
- →Identify opportunities to build capability within the wider team to solve the most important customer problems, defining and implementing frameworks to track and improve customer feedback.
- →Own and move key metrics for more than one domain, critically evaluating metrics at regular intervals and proactively addressing known risks.
- →Define and implement operating models for two or more teams across different domains, developing a 12-24 month hiring roadmap.
- →Grow and mentor local operational leaders, hire new talent, and establish effective local ways of working.

Requirements
- ✓10-15 years of professional experience, with a proven track record of managing managers and leading large-scale operational functions.
- ✓Extensive experience working in both product and operations organizations, with proven ability to drive go-to-market and launch new products.
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for complexity.
- ✓A leader who is an excellent communicator, highly diplomatic, and can influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
