About the Role
We are looking for a People Partner Lead to join our growing global Partner team at Wise. This role involves partnering with our ProdEng leadership team and leading People Partners to make a significant impact at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create close, effective relationships with Leads and Wisers, acting as a trusted people advisor
- →Work with Leads and Talent Acquisition to drive a strategic workforce plan
- →Complete talent planning, succession, assessments, and similar processes
- →Drive organisational development, re-design, change, learning & engagement
- →Actively drive our DEI strategy across all touch points of the Employee lifecycle
- →Analyse people metrics and risks to share trends and determine opportunities
- →Lead the WiserPulse engagement survey rollout and drive action plans
- →Help shape the global people team plan and priorities
- →Champion our values and culture as a role model

What you’ve done before Wise
- →Technical & Product partnering: Experience as a Lead or Senior Partner in Product or Fintech
- →Regulated environment navigation: Experience in regulated financial services
- →Lead and contribute to projects across the People function
- →Developed a broad range of expertise and skills
- →Project management: Strong solutions focus and ability to drive initiatives
- →Regional / multi-site experience: Supporting Leads and employees across geographies
