Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓6+ years of professional experience in architecture, construction, or permitting
- ✓Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Philadelphia area
- ✓Excellent communication abilities and talent for building strong relationships with clients and municipal officials
- ✓Technical proficiency in using relevant software tools and adaptability in learning new systems
- ✓Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or closely related field
