About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Inbound team at Workato. This role focuses on qualifying high-quality inbound leads and managing lead flows to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Qualify inbound leads from website, chat, events, and trials
- →Manage and optimize lead flows and pipelines using CRM systems and tools
- →Assist Sales and Marketing with projects that drive revenue growth
- →Work closely with AEs, SDR manager, and Marketing team to generate pipeline
- →Respond to high-quality leads within 5 minutes
- →Overcome customer objections and answer initial questions
- →Utilize the lead qualification process and document sales information in Salesforce
- →Assist Marketing with testing, execution, and reporting on lead quality
- →Meet weekly goals and established metrics
- →Utilize sales tools and collaborate with team members to schedule customer meetings
