About the Role
Workerbase is a rapidly growing B2B software company transforming shopfloor operations. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team and help accelerate our expansion by building a high-quality pipeline in a structured and data-driven manner.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and research high-potential enterprise accounts
- →Analyze and map buying committees
- →Build relationships with relevant decision-makers
- →Develop and execute highly personalized outbound campaigns (phone, social selling, email)
- →Qualify opportunities and transfer them structured to Account Executives
- →Build a consistent, predictable pipeline
- →Provide market insights to positioning and product narrative
- →Continuously optimize outreach processes through experiments and data analysis
Requirements
- ✓1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, startup, or a dynamic tech environment
- ✓Structured and analytical thinking – in conversion rates, experiments, and optimization loops
- ✓Understanding of cold outreach as a strategic discipline
- ✓Resilience and professional handling of rejection
- ✓Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- ✓Confident and clear communication in German and English (C1/C2)
- ✓Ownership and preference for working in a high-performance team
