About the Role

We are seeking a Project Lead to manage Fulfillment Center extensions, retrofits, and launches. This role involves leading cross-departmental projects to enhance fulfillment network capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and manage Fulfillment Center extensions, retrofits, and launches
→Own cross-departmental projects related to capability increases of the fulfillment network
→Develop and maintain all project documents throughout the lifecycle
→Contribute to the strategic development of the Fulfillment Strategy & Programmes Team
→Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to support data-driven decision-making
→Escalate topics to the right stakeholders for resolution
→Support changes in logistics contract management
→Develop the Project Management Toolbox and Methodology
→Prepare and present various types of presentations to different audiences

Requirements

✓Experience in project management within a fulfillment or logistics environment
✓Strong leadership and cross-departmental collaboration skills
✓Proficiency in developing project plans and governance models
✓Ability to analyze and evaluate data for decision-making
✓Excellent presentation and communication skills
