About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead to join our team at ChannelTalk. This role focuses on building and leading a new sales team dedicated to enterprise customers, with initial focus on direct deal leadership and eventual team management.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead enterprise customer deals from proposal to contract, driving key decision-making and negotiations
- βDesign enterprise-targeted sales strategies and create business processes
- βSystematically manage sales opportunities and progress
- βRecruit team members and establish onboarding, coaching, and performance management routines
Requirements
- βB2B SaaS sales experience with meaningful results in enterprise customer sales
- βExperience navigating complex corporate structures to persuade multiple stakeholders and close contracts
- βExecution ability to manage variables in long sales cycles and complete deals
- βAbility to manage customers using CRM and clearly operate priorities and next actions
- βSales team management, recruitment, and coaching experience (including informal leadership experience)
