About the Role We are looking for a skilled SAM Technical & Functional Lead to drive end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and production support for AML and financial crime technology solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end SAM implementation and enhancement initiatives • Translate AML and compliance requirements into technical solutions • Manage and mentor developers and analysts • Optimize data pipelines, SQL queries, and SAM model performance • Drive release management, production support, and delivery governance Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience with NICE Actimize SAM • 10+ years of overall AML / Financial Crime Technology Experience • Strong knowledge of Actimize SAM, ActOne, AIS, and UDM table structures • Expert-level SQL and database troubleshooting • Hands-on Python development for automation and data analysis • Strong ETL / Data Engineering experience, including data validation and reconciliation • Experience with SAM scenarios, rules, alert workflows, and model tuning • Team leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development tools
