About the Role We are looking for an AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team at Themesoft Inc. This contract role requires 6-8 years of experience in AWS Cloud Engineering and Solution Architecture. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement end-to-end solutions using AWS services including RDS PostgreSQL, Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, SQS, SNS, EventBridge and Data Firehose • Develop technical templates, Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks aligned with architecture governance • Implement automation to eliminate manual processes using Python and Unix Shell Scripting • Manage AWS security, identity and compliance services • Work with AWS analytics services such as Kinesis and MSK Requirements • 6-8 years of experience in AWS Cloud Engineering and Solution Architecture • Strong hands-on expertise with Terraform for infrastructure automation and reusable modules • Experience with Python, Unix Shell Scripting, CI/CD and automation development • Strong knowledge of AWS shared services including KMS, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Config, S3, AWS Artifact and Secrets Manager • Experience with OPA policies and AWS security, identity and compliance services • AWS Solution Architect / DevOps Engineer certification preferred
