About the Role We are looking for an experienced BSP (Kernel / QNX) Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, debug, and maintain Kernel and QNX software for next-generation embedded and In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) platforms. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with hardware, platform software, Android, system integration, and validation teams • Enable and support QNX-based platform functionality from the bootloader through the operating system and device driver layers • Design, develop, integrate, test, debug, and maintain Kernel and QNX software Requirements • Strong Embedded C/C++ Programming • QNX RTOS / QNX SDP • Linux Kernel Development • Linux Device Driver Development • BSP Development • Board Bring-up • QNX Platform Development • System Performance Optimization • Memory Optimization • QNX Hypervisor • Virtualization Technologies • Boot Processes and System Initialization • Python Scripting • Test Automation • Ethernet, USB, UART, SPI, I2C • Agile Methodologies • DevOps Practices • CI/CD Pipelines • Strong Debugging and Problem-Solving Skills • Excellent Communication Skills
