About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on clinical diagnostics, lab operations, and healthcare workflows. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to clinical diagnostics, lab operations, and healthcare workflows • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows • Collaborate with stakeholders including lab operations teams, clinicians, IT, and compliance teams • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new initiatives or system enhancements • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business requirements Requirements • Bachelors degree in healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to business operations • Knowledge of lab workflows (order entry, sample processing, result reporting) • Experience with healthcare data standards and systems (HL7, LIS, EHR/EMR)
