About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE PLM to support enterprise PLM implementation, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Support enterprise PLM implementation, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives • Gather business requirements, map processes, and design workflows • Manage PLM integrations, data modeling, and Power BI integration • Conduct SIT/UAT, functional testing, defect management, and Azure DevOps • Manage stakeholders and ensure end-user adoption Requirements • Strong experience with Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE PLM and ENOVIA • Knowledge of CATIA / SolidWorks and DELMIA • Experience with PLM implementations, upgrades, and migrations • Strong understanding of EBOM, MBOM, and BOM management • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product development environments • Train-the-trainer and end-user adoption experience • Strong communication and analytical skills
