About the Role We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Cloud AI / Agentic AI Developer to join our AML Transformation Program. This role requires expertise in developing and deploying AI agents in production environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AI/ML-based solutions for complex business problems • Develop Agentic AI applications and take ownership of the complete delivery lifecycle • Collaborate with business and technical teams in a multi-location Agile environment • Build, develop, and deploy AI agents in production environments Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI • Expertise in Python, LangChain, and LangGraph • Experience in AML, transaction monitoring, or compliance programs is a plus • Strong understanding of application development, data engineering, performance, and security standards
