About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Architect with strong hands-on development experience and expertise in designing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable, high-performance enterprise applications • Lead architecture decisions while actively contributing to frontend and backend development • Drive technical solutions for complex enterprise systems Requirements • Strong frontend expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vue, or Web Components • Strong backend experience with Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Go, or Python • Hands-on experience building and optimizing Spring-based microservices and Spark jobs • Expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and end-to-end system design • Experience with state management, SSR, component libraries, and web performance optimization • Strong debugging and refactoring skills across complex enterprise applications • Experience with POCs, architecture design, and third-party integrations • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, API performance, database indexing, caching, and fault-tolerant systems
