About the Role We are looking for an experienced Web Full Stack Lead for a long-term contract opportunity with our client. This hands-on technical leadership role requires strong full stack development expertise and the ability to guide engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Drive development and guide engineering teams • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications • Make technical decisions while actively contributing to development • Resolve complex production issues Requirements • 10+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience • Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript • Experience with GraphQL (GraphQL Federation highly preferred) • AWS Cloud-Native Development expertise • Kubernetes and Container-Based Deployments • Enterprise Web Application Architecture knowledge • Application Modernization and Cloud Migration experience • Technical Leadership and Code Reviews experience
