About the Role We are looking for an experienced Moodle Lead to join our team and lead the development and scaling of large-scale learning platforms. Key Responsibilities • Lead Moodle LMS architecture, development, customization, and implementation • Develop custom Moodle plugins, themes, and extensions using PHP • Build responsive frontend applications using React.js and Angular • Optimize Moodle performance, scalability, security, and database operations • Manage API integrations, system upgrades, and migrations • Lead and mentor development teams and drive technical best practices • Oversee CI/CD, production support, and performance optimization • Coordinate with stakeholders and manage technical delivery Requirements • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Moodle LMS architecture and customization • Strong expertise in PHP (7.x/8.x) and Moodle plugin development • Experience with React.js and Angular • Strong knowledge of MySQL and REST APIs • Experience with large-scale Moodle implementations • Team leadership and technical architecture experience • Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git is preferred
