About the Role We are looking for a GenAI Developer Support Engineer to join Google LLC in San Jose, CA. This role focuses on supporting developers working with generative AI technologies. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support for generative AI and agentic AI applications • Assist with LLMs, embeddings, and API integrations • Troubleshoot issues with AI-assisted coding tools • Support developers using Gemini API, OpenAI, and other LLM APIs • Ensure smooth operation of CI/CD pipelines and API integrations Requirements • 12+ years of experience in AI and developer support • Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and embeddings • Experience with Gemini API, OpenAI, and LLM APIs • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript • Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and CI/CD practices • Excellent technical communication skills • Experience with Postman, cURL, and REST APIs
