About the Role We are looking for an HR Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on extracting and analyzing recruiting data from Workday to support Talent Acquisition leadership. Key Responsibilities • Extract and analyze recruiting data from Workday • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards • Track Talent Acquisition metrics, recruitment funnel performance, and source-of-hire • Analyze Indeed Jobs & Campaigns performance • Work with PageUp/Clinch, UTM tracking, and recruitment marketing analytics • Prepare weekly/biweekly reports for TA leadership Requirements • Hands-on Workday Reporting experience • Strong Power BI dashboard development skills • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities • Experience with Talent Acquisition / HRIS / Recruitment Analytics • Knowledge of Indeed Campaigns, PageUp/Clinch is a plus Important Note: Candidates must be local to Orlando, FL and able to work onsite Monday–Wednesday.
