About the Role We are looking for an experienced NICE Actimize SAM Technical & Functional Lead to drive end-to-end AML technology delivery, including implementation, enhancements, data integration, model tuning, and production support. Key Responsibilities • Lead NICE Actimize SAM and ActOne implementations and enhancements • Partner with AML, compliance, and business teams to translate requirements into technical and functional specifications • Manage and mentor developers and analysts • Configure and enhance SAM models, scenarios, rules, and alert workflows • Design and optimize ETL pipelines and data quality controls • Develop Python automation scripts and perform advanced SQL analysis • Work with Actimize AIS/UDM structures, data reconciliation, and performance troubleshooting • Support Git-based version control, CI/CD, release management, and responsible AI-assisted development Requirements • 10+ years of AML / Financial Crime technology experience • 5+ years of hands-on NICE Actimize SAM implementation and support • Strong knowledge of Actimize AIS and UDM table structures • Expert-level SQL and database troubleshooting • Hands-on Python and ETL/data engineering experience • Experience with SAM scenarios, rules, alert workflows, and model calibration • Technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
