About the Role We are seeking a Power BI Developer to join our team. This role involves designing and administering a Power BI Service environment and developing enterprise dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities • Design and administer a stable, secure, and scalable Power BI Service environment • Develop enterprise dashboards, reports, and advanced custom visualizations • Write and optimize SQL queries against Azure SQL Server data sources • Validate student loan and forbearance-related datasets to ensure data quality • Migrate Tableau and Crystal Reports into Power BI • Implement security, accessibility, and access management controls • Develop automated data refresh strategies and reporting processes • Gather business requirements and lead technical discussions • Create technical documentation, manuals, and user guides • Deliver Power BI training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer sessions • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities Requirements • 5+ years of Power BI Development experience • Strong Power BI Service Administration experience • Expertise in Power BI Desktop, DAX, and Power Query • Azure SQL Server and SQL experience • Dashboard and data visualization development • Data validation and data quality management • Excellent communication and documentation skills
