About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Power BI Developer with strong expertise in enterprise BI architecture, dashboard development, data modeling, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop Power BI solutions and dashboards
• Design and implement data models
• Optimize BI performance and governance
• Engage with stakeholders and clients
Requirements
• 5-9 years of experience with Power BI
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and SQL
• Experience with enterprise BI architecture and semantic layer design
• Knowledge of Power BI Service, RLS, Dataflows, and performance optimization
• Experience with executive dashboard development and client engagement
Good to Have
• Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, DevOps
• FMCG/CPG analytics experience
Additional Skills
• Strong MS Excel expertise, including advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS), PivotTables, charts, and data analysis
