About the Role We are looking for a QA Automation Lead to join our team in Memphis, TN. This role requires 7-9 years of experience and focuses on leading test automation efforts. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks • Perform API testing using REST, SOAP, ReadyAPI, and Postman • Conduct manual and automation testing including UI, regression, smoke, and functional testing • Lead test planning, release coordination, and defect triage • Mentor teams and drive quality improvements Requirements • 7-9 years of experience in QA automation • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, and ReadyAPI • Expertise in API testing using REST, SOAP, ReadyAPI, and Postman • Strong SQL and database validation skills • Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC/STLC • Leadership experience in mentoring teams Preferred • ISTQB, CSQA, CMSQ, or equivalent certifications
