About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities and enterprise workflow implementations. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement ServiceNow platform solutions • Configure and deploy ServiceNow AI features • Manage enterprise workflows and responsible AI practices • Lead customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management Requirements • 7+ years of ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience • Hands-on experience deploying ServiceNow AI features • Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications • Strong customer-facing, consulting and stakeholder management skills • Experience with AI adoption and enterprise workflows • Willingness to travel up to 30%
