About the Role We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support IT initiatives. This role will bridge business/functional requirements and technology delivery by supporting requirement analysis, project coordination, technical documentation, data validation, issue tracking and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities • Support IT initiatives by bridging business/functional requirements and technology delivery • Perform requirement analysis and project coordination • Create technical documentation and validate data • Track issues and communicate with stakeholders • Support release management processes Requirements • 6–10 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis or IT project delivery • Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs, databases, ETL/data pipelines and testing lifecycle • Strong analytical and requirement-management skills • Working knowledge of SQL • Basic hands-on knowledge of Python • Basic understanding of GCP/cloud and data engineering concepts • Experience with JIRA/Confluence or equivalent tools • Healthcare/HEDIS technology exposure is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders
