About the Role
We are looking for a Channel Sales Account Executive for North China to drive growth and sales across the 10x Genomics portfolio in the region. This role requires strong technical expertise in NGS and/or single-cell technologies and a consultative sales approach to build strategic partnerships with key thought leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Demonstrate technical credibility to consult with customers on technology solutions
- →Manage sales funnel with strong hunting/prospecting and closing skills
- →Develop and manage a business plan to meet or exceed business goals
- →Understand scientific project and business needs of customers
- →Accurately manage sales process including forecasting, pipeline management, and tracking
- →Maintain current knowledge of genetic analysis markets, products, and buying practices
- →Utilize product and application knowledge to conduct selling presentations
- →Ensure full customer satisfaction while representing 10x Genomics professionally
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field
- ✓Proven sales experience in life sciences or similar, with capital equipment
- ✓Strong desire to win business and establish long-term customer relationships
- ✓Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to effectively collaborate within a cross-functional team
- ✓Knowledge of NGS
- ✓Ability to travel as needed for this field-based role
