About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join Red Bull's team. This role focuses on managing and developing local key accounts, ensuring Red Bull standards are met, and driving effective merchandising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Distribute priority packages according to channel strategies
- →Ensure schematics reflect Red Bull standards for product flow
- →Sell Red Bull’s pricing and program strategies using best practices
- →Develop annual promotion schedules aligned with channel strategy
- →Present Red Bull merchandising standards and distribution recommendations
- →Ensure promotions are supported by effective point-of-sale materials
- →Customize sales pitches to achieve account objectives
- →Evaluate return on investment before recommending programs
- →Execute merchandising in alignment with channel strategy guidelines
Requirements
- ✓Experience in key account management
- ✓Strong understanding of channel strategies and pricing
- ✓Ability to develop and manage annual promotion schedules
- ✓Excellent presentation and communication skills
- ✓Experience with business reviews and ROI analysis
- ✓Ability to work with Category Analysts on post-promotion analysis
- ✓Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers
- ✓Experience with distributor partnerships and communication
