About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our strategic accounts team at Brafton. This role focuses on accelerating our growth by opening doors inside large organizations and securing high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own outbound prospecting into strategic enterprise accounts across defined target segments.
- →Build and execute account-based outbound plans including stakeholder mapping, messaging angles, and follow-up strategy.
- →Engage senior stakeholders through phone outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and targeted multi-touch sequences.
- →Conduct high-quality discovery conversations to uncover business drivers and growth goals.
- →Develop messaging aligned to executive priorities.
- →Partner with enterprise AEs to support pursuits and provide feedback loops.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required.
- ✓5+ years experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Enterprise Prospecting.
- ✓Demonstrated success booking meetings with enterprise-level decision-makers.
- ✓Proven ability to open net-new accounts.
- ✓Strong discovery skills and the ability to create urgency.
- ✓Excellent written communication with a professional, executive tone.
- ✓Confident phone presence and objection-handling skills.
- ✓Strong working knowledge of digital marketing concepts including content strategy, SEO, inbound marketing, and analytics.
- ✓High proficiency with prospecting and research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
