About the Role
We are looking for a Resident Solutions Architect to join Acceldata, a market leader in Enterprise Data Observability. This role will play a key part in the customer journey, collaborating with sales and engineering teams to accelerate the adoption of the Acceldata platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist strategic customers in deploying their use cases and workloads into production on the Acceldata ADOC platform
- →Serve as the accountable technical point of contact for onboarding specific use cases across multiple customers
- →Develop execution plans covering all activities of customer-facing technical roles and teams
- →Be the first contact for any technical challenges related to production/go-live status
- →Collaborate with User Education, Product Engineering, Product Management and Support teams
- →Navigate Acceldata Product and Engineering teams for New Product Innovations
- →Provide regular internal and external updates on progress and risks
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience accountable for technical program delivery in Data and AI
- ✓Programming experience in Python and SQL
- ✓Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- ✓Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture of distributed data systems, or consulting role
- ✓Understanding of how to attribute business value to project deliverables
- ✓Experience conducting discovery workshops and managing complex projects
- ✓Continuous learning and keeping up with the evolution of the Acceldata ADOC platform
- ✓Track record of overachievement against targets
