About the Role
We are looking for a Project Operations Manager to join Adyen, a financial technology platform serving major clients like Meta, Uber, and Microsoft. This role focuses on delivering and executing complex global projects, ranging from Point of Sale (POS) to marketplace e-commerce and card issuing program rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring clients are fully prepared for Adyen’s solution
- →Handle 5-10 projects simultaneously, with durations ranging from 6 months to 2 years
- →Collaborate with clients’ project and technical teams, as well as third-party integration partners
- →Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- →Provide guidance on Adyen’s products and advise on solutions that best fit clients’ business needs
- →Deliver client feedback to internal teams to improve products and services
- →Ensure successful project handovers by setting up scalable business processes
- →Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives
Requirements
