About the Role
Wolt is looking for an Onboarding Associate to support the onboarding and training of new restaurant partners. This role requires a customer-focused and structured individual to ensure successful partnerships and optimal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Successfully onboard venues onto the Wolt platform and ensure an optimal and speedy process
- →Build relationships with merchant partners and help them through the onboarding process
- →Help move roadblocks and remove bottlenecks throughout the onboarding funnel
- →Ensure merchants reach the highest Wolt service standards
Requirements
- ✓Logical problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact
- ✓Proactive ownership mentality and ability to work with limited guidance
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience
- ✓Experience in sales, account management, or customer support is an advantage
- ✓Fluent in Macedonian and English
