About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Customer Operations team at Sedna, a company revolutionizing global trade with AI-powered platforms. In this role, you will lead implementation projects that maximize client value and ensure successful adoption of our maritime solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, lead and manage multiple enterprise-level implementation projects
- →Drive project delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters
- →Balance competing priorities and resources across various projects
- →Identify, communicate and mitigate project risks
- →Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, quality assurance, and customer operations
- →Drive customer adoption and satisfaction through well-executed implementation projects
- →Identify opportunities for solution expansion during project implementation
- →Aid sales resources in project sales
- →Support and collaborate with the Customer Operations team to raise team performance
Requirements
- ✓Solid SaaS implementation experience leading complex onboardings
- ✓Proven experience in a similar environment
- ✓Experience from consulting or similar roles with a global client base
