About the Role
We are looking for a Global HRBP to partner with our Tech Solution (Engineering and Product) at Adyen. This strategic role will focus on shaping the organization, talent density, and operating models required to deliver on our technical roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own people strategy for larger Tech Solution and high-impact areas of the business
- →Be an effective sparring partner for team leads on all people-related matters
- →Influence Solution leadership on org design and leadership decisions
- →Lead Tech-wide initiatives such as new career frameworks and global headcount planning
- →Handle the most complex performance, ER, and leadership topics
- →Lead performance, talent planning, succession, and leadership development across regions
- →Coach leaders at all levels to develop themselves and their teams
- →Guide managers to apply our core values and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion
- →Utilize Workday processes to use data to drive business action
- →Partner with HR Innovations and Employee Relations teams
Requirements
- ✓3-6 years of HRBP experience working with managers and leaders at all levels
- ✓Demonstrated knowledge in HR practices, with ability to handle complex performance, ER, and leadership topics
- ✓Ability to build trust quickly to become a trusted advisor at all levels
- ✓Thrive in an unstructured growing environment and try new approaches
- ✓Strategic mindset to question the status quo and define new solutions
- ✓Understanding of organizational dynamics and guidance on team development
- ✓Hands-on approach with strong collaboration and prioritization skills
- ✓Skilled in project managing HR initiatives
- ✓Excellent written and oral communication skills
- ✓Must be able to travel 20% of the time, including global travel
