About the Role
Adyen is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our Operations teams in Amsterdam and globally. This role involves co-creating and driving people strategies to enable business success and deliver a world-class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Co-create and execute the global people strategy for relevant Operations domains.
- →Partner with leaders to support team development, organizational growth, and alignment with Adyen’s leadership values.
- →Provide strategic HR guidance and coaching on performance management, feedback, employee relations, and engagement.
- →Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- →Use people data to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
- →Manage performance and development cycles, facilitating effective assessments and growth conversations.
- →Support a culture of feedback, including guiding underperformance discussions.
- →Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- →Advocate for employees to ensure they thrive in a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization.
- ✓Deep expertise in HR practices, including performance management and employee relations.
- ✓Ability to build strong relationships and thrive in an evolving environment.
- ✓A "builder" and change agent with a continuous improvement mindset.
- ✓Adept at organizational dynamics and fostering motivated teams.
- ✓Hands-on yet collaborative, seeking simpler, automated solutions.
- ✓Exceptional problem-solver and communicator.
- ✓Skilled in project managing HR initiatives.
