About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Partner Manager to join Airbnb’s Hotels team. This role focuses on building and managing strategic relationships with technical partners to drive mutual business growth through seamless API/system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive measurable business impact by managing stakeholders to achieve sales goals, including creating joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies
→Act as a subject matter expert for connectivity, providing technical support and troubleshooting API integrations
→Develop a deep understanding of technical integrations across Property Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Central Reservation Systems
→Use data to identify strategic opportunities and drive sales growth
→Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Enterprise Accounts, and Field Operations teams
→Educate clients on product updates and share partner feedback with internal stakeholders
→Implement and oversee effective troubleshooting processes
→Support the team in defining and executing the global connectivity roadmap and standards
→Contribute to the development of technical communication materials

Requirements

✓10+ years of experience in a Connectivity or Technical Partner Manager role
✓5+ years experience in a direct partner-facing commercial account management role focused on strategic partnerships
✓Strong understanding of hospitality/travel software
✓Proficiency in SQL, Sumo Logic, and Excel
✓Solid technical troubleshooting skills
✓Excellent communication and presentation abilities
✓Effective time management and prioritization skills
✓Strong quantitative skills with a proven ability to leverage data in decision-making
✓Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines
✓Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy
