About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to join our team at SQUIRE. This role involves working with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable solutions, maintain clean data, and unlock reporting insights that help our revenue teams operate at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Administer and configure Salesforce, including user management, permissions, and sharing rules
- →Run triage and resolution on level 1 tickets
- →Contribute to building and maintaining custom objects, fields, and automations
- →Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support stakeholders
- →Create and maintain reports and dashboards
- →Ensure data accuracy through audits and governance best practices
- →Investigate data issues end-to-end
- →Perform full-funnel QA testing across systems
- →Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools
- →Help consolidate and simplify Salesforce configurations
- →Test, document, and roll out new Salesforce features
- →Collaborate in a remote-first environment
- →Stay engaged with emerging tools to improve efficiency
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience
- ✓Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required
- ✓Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation
- ✓Demonstrated experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- ✓Experience working across multiple GTM systems
- ✓Strong data investigation and problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience supporting or QA’ing integrations and data flows
- ✓Comfortable operating in a SaaS / marketplace startup environment
- ✓Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders
- ✓English proficiency is a must
- ✓Must be based in Buenos Aires
