About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing Airbnb Hotels team. This role focuses on driving new enterprise acquisition and successfully onboarding partnerships with regional or global hotel groups. You will enhance Airbnb's market presence through collaboration with other teams and leverage your expertise in enterprise account partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end lifecycle of newly acquired Enterprise partnerships, from lead to successful optimization
- →Execute a global win-win strategy for your portfolio that drives value to all parties
- →Develop mutual account plans with partners to deliver Objectives and KPIs
- →Negotiate agreements with Enterprise partners to unlock new opportunities
- →Leverage data to make decisions and design projects to expand availability and revenue
- →Monitor and analyze performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
- →Work with partners to ensure partnerships meet industry standards and agreements
- →Develop close working relationships with key internal teams
- →Conduct regular business reviews and formal presentations
- →Work cross-functionally to execute changes at scale
- →Contribute to the development of Enterprise team processes
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of Enterprise/Strategic Partnerships Account Management experience
- ✓Proven track record of executing on strategic priorities
- ✓Experience in analyzing, structuring, and negotiating complex deals
- ✓Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to close high-value deals
- ✓Comfortable performing data analysis and making decisions based on results
- ✓Ability to balance strategic initiatives and operations
- ✓Experience developing and selling complex business solutions at the C-Suite level
- ✓Strong executive presence and the ability to influence top leaders
- ✓Passion for redefining travel and being the best
- ✓Proactive self-starter able to prioritize and manage work autonomously
- ✓Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to travel at least 40% of the time.
