About the Role
We are looking for a driven, customer-centric Account Executive to join our ESB Sales team at Airtable. This role involves managing a large book of accounts for organizations between 0-50 employees, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and closing new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a high volume of install accounts (~220), with responsibilities for renewal, expansion, and net-new opportunities.
- →Proactively engage with existing customers to drive seamless and timely renewals, minimizing churn and maximizing retention.
- →Identify and close expansion opportunities within the existing customer base, helping customers discover more use cases and increase their Airtable footprint.
- →Act quickly on inbound interest from prospective customers, qualifying leads, and guiding them through their buying journey.
- →Maintain high responsiveness and precise organization across your pipeline, working closely with sales operations, marketing, and customer success.
- →Use a strategic lens to prioritize and pursue high-potential accounts.
Requirements
- ✓~1 year of proven closing experience in a SaaS environment, demonstrating a consistent track record of success.
- ✓Experience owning a large book of business, juggling multiple deals at different stages and closing efficiently.
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment, managing details while keeping the big picture in mind.
- ✓Passion for helping customers succeed and identifying creative solutions that align with their goals.
- ✓Clear, concise, and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams and comfort in pivoting when priorities shift.
- ✓Strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and follow-through.
