About the Role

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join Verkada, a leader in cloud physical security. This role will be pivotal in scaling Verkada's reach by developing and managing a network of high-performing reseller partners, driving net new business through strategic plans that result in measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive net new pipeline by identifying and generating opportunities through strategic reseller partners
→Execute regional channel strategy by developing and managing a focused partner business plan
→Empower partners by training and enabling them on Verkada’s product portfolio
→Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams
→Conduct regular business reviews with partners to align on priorities and track performance
→Strengthen the channel ecosystem by influencing partner sales teams
→Drive awareness and demand through regional events
→Operate strategically and tactically in partner engagement lifecycle

Requirements

✓4+ years of channel sales or partner management experience with Security Integrators or IT VAR partners
✓Strong track record of building new business
✓Process-driven approach with innovative thinking
✓Ability to influence and engage across all levels
✓Technical fluency in product discussions and sales operations
✓Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
✓Locally based in West or Central Ohio or Kentucky
✓Open to 50% travel across West and Central Ohio and Kentucky
